While in Atlanta for the VMUG, I had the opportunity to spend some time with cloud service provider GNAX. While I’ve had the opportunity to visit dozens of data centers, I left with a greater appreciation of not only what it takes to deliver cloud services, but also how GNAX is creating service differentiation to compete for new business.
GNAX offers cloud services—virtual private data center and Infrastructure-as-a-Service—in their 75,000-square foot SSAE Type II data centers. They employ all of the security and fail-safe measures one would expect to assure reliable service and that data is handled with the utmost care.
With 100% customer satisfaction as their goal, it’s the service “assurance” component where GNAX has benefitted from their implementation of VMTurbo. However, increasing profitability is equally a top concern. That’s where VMTurbo comes in: maximizing utilization of virtualized infrastructure while ensuring quality service delivery.
GNAX’s William Souder details how VMTurbo has enabled “smart growth” and other key benefits in this short success story video.
